With a degree in Psychology from Jesus and Mary College (Delhi University) and an MBA from FORE School of Management, Swati blends behavioural insight with strategic leadership. In March 2025, she completed the prestigious Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Under her leadership, The Banyan World has rapidly expanded into a premium network of corporate day care centres and preschools, earning the trust of leading employers and hundreds of families across India. She has led successful partnerships to provide day care solutions to various multinational companies and government organizations, embedding inclusive childcare infrastructure within professional ecosystems Swati has also created meaningful employment for over 100 women, offering not just jobs, but pathways to confidence, independence, and career revival.
